Auschwitz

If only there were a way for every living being to experience Auschwitz first hand. You can talk about it, and teach the history all you want, but it doesn't become real until you see it in person. A visit to your local Holocaust museum can help a little, but nothing like this. The amazing thing, maybe mind numbing might be more accurate, is that there are still people to this day who deny this ever happened. Even worse is that we have all too many examples across the world of it still taking place to this day. Maybe the concentration camps aren't happening now, but the genocide and murder and refusal to reach out and help people in need is happening each and every day, and getting worse.

What ever happened to the Golden Rule, people? Treat others as you would have them treat you.
